Mordan IT is your place of trust and confidence.
1. The customer must pay the delivery charges for the purchase of the product.
2. Delivery charge should be sent after order confirmation before product processing.
3. Delivery charge inside Dhaka is 80 taka and outside Dhaka is 130 taka.
4. Six months warranty on all products except gadget items.
5. If any problem is found after receiving the product, Modern IT should be informed immediately.
6. Name, phone number and address must be entered accurately while purchasing any product.

মর্ডান আইটি আপনার আস্তা ও বিশ্বাসের জায়গা।
১. পণ্য ক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই কাস্টমার ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রদান করে থাকবেন।
২. অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার পর প্রোডাক্ট প্রসেসিং এর পূর্বেই ডেলিভারি চার্জ পাঠাতে হবে।
৩. ঢাকার ভেতর ডেলিভারি চার্জ ৮০ টাকা এবং ঢাকার বাহিরে ১৩০ টাকা।
৪. গ্যাজেট আইটেম ব্যতীত অন্য সকল পণ্যের ৬ মাসের ওয়ারেন্টি থাকছে।
৫. পণ্য রিসিভ করার পর কোন সমস্যা পাওয়া গেলে সাথে সাথে মডার্ন আইটিতে অবহিত করতে হবে।
৬. প্রোডাক্ট ক্রয় করার ক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই নাম, ফোন নাম্বার এবং ঠিকানা নির্ভুলভাবে লিখতে হবে।
